New for 2026

For the past 11 years, Leave It Better has been one incredible day of our church getting outside the walls and serving our community.

This year, it’s not just a day—it’s an entire WEEK!

SAVE THE DATES

September 30 – October 7

Throughout the week, there will be opportunities to serve schools, local ministries, community organizations, and neighbors all across our area. Some projects will happen during the day, others in the evening, and plenty on the weekend—giving everyone a chance to find a place to jump in.

Whether you’ve participated every year or this will be your first time, we want you to be part of it.

BONUS PREP PROJECT

Saturday, September 26

We will be cutting limbs, trimming trees and cleaning up the Church campus. We're doing this to help make spreading pine needles easier on the following Saturday (October 3).

SUNNYSIDE
MINISTRY

We will assist with the food pantry, sorting clothes, pressure washing, cleaning, and completing minor repairs around the building.
This project is for ages 8+

MINISTRY

We will assist them with their clothing closet, food pantry, helping with the Floor to Bed ministry, organizing things, and cleaning around the facility.
This project is for ages 5+
All kids under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

RESCUE MISSION

We will assist in the Rescue Store. There will also be some washing/cleaning of vehicles and the Store.

This year we will be cleaning the Pinedale Church vehicles inside and out. Supplies will be provided.
