Each year the entire congregation of Pinedale Christian Church commits to grow closer to God by participating in 40 days devoted to Spiritual growth. This is a church-wide effort and consists of devotion books written for every age group and 5 weeks of Home Accountability Group meetings. These weekly meetings include a time of teaching, discussion, prayer, accountability, fellowship, and food.

The 2025 kickoff was Sunday, February 9. Everyone received an age-appropriate Devotion Book and adults registered for Home Accountability Groups. The theme this year is His Psalm My Story, a deep dive into the Psalms with an emphasis on how our personal stories intersect with themes in the Psalms. This year includes 12 bonus video testimonies from some of our writers. We started by asking the church this question: Do you have a Psalm that really resonates with you or that is part of your story? If so, tell the story about why it's so important. The devotions in this collection are moving and sure to make an impression on everyone who reads them. If you did not receive a devotion book, you may pick one up from Starting Point on Sundays or from the Church Office during regular office hours.)

This is such an opportunity to connect vertically with God, and to connect horizontally with one another. We hope EVERYONE at Pinedale will participate. 

Click here for an area map of the Home Accountability Groups. The majority of the groups meet on Sunday evenings from 5:00-7:00 PM. There is also a Tuesday morning group and a Wednesday night group. *Adults with children should plan to attend a Sunday evening group since all kids and youth will be participating in their own group meetings, activities, and fellowship meals that only take place on Sundays.

IMPORTANT:

The Tuesday Group will meet in the Worship Center from 10:00-11:30 AM beginning February 11.

The Wednesday Group will meet in Room 201 from 7:00-8:00 PM beginning February 12.

Sunday Night Home Groups will begin meeting on February 16 from 5:00-7:00 PM. You may drop your kids off at the church beginning at 4:45 PM and they must be picked up by 7:00 PM.
