All Attendees must have a Liability Release form on file.  Forms will be available at the Welcome Tent.  OR you can complete it ahead of time, by clicking HERE.

(For families with more than 3 kids, you'll need to complete an additional form to list each kid by name.)

Tables and chairs will be set up in the Family Life Center but bring your lawn chair or blanket if you want to eat outside.
